Spermidine Supplement Experience: Ultra-Spermidine Reviewed

Lately I've been getting more into researching the antiaging literature because I happened upon some of my old notes from Psychology of Aging (one of my favorite grad courses).

Sure, that course mainly covered cognition and how society treats us as we age, but it also touched on the biology of aging.

We talked telomeres, the hayflick limit, and most relevant to today authophagy.

As almost 10 years has passed since I took that course I decided it was time to brush up.

Perhaps my wrinkling skin and declining hair count had something to do with it...

Regardless of my reasoning, I was determined to test a new autophagy inducing supplement I had heard of called Ultra-Spermidine by LZR Labs.

I knew spermidine ingestion could mimic the postives outcomes seen by long fasts (cell turnover etc.) but I am human afterall and not some Tim Ferriss like guru.

I can't just not eat for 4 days ever couple months because my wife would probably end up hating it even more that I would and there is only so much willpower to go around these days.

Starting Ultra-Spermidine

I thought placing my order would be difficult because some of these boutique specialty labs have understandably rinky-dink websites and confusing payment methods.

LZR Labs must put a little more effort into their online presence however because everything flowed pretty well and I was able to order my 3 pouches in under a minute.

Then, 3 days later my order came in the mail and I took my first 1 capsule serving straight away. I knew results would have to accumulate but you know how it is with new stuff - I wanted to start immediately.

The capsule was easy to swallow and I've never noticed any weird tastes (although I don't let it sit in my mouth to find out either).

Time went on and my pills were in my supplement case which has my daily dose of everything already seperated out.

I'm so routine with taking all my pills at once I basically forgot I was taking the spermidine.

Then, just over a month in, my wife comes home and rattles off a few things we'd been needing to take care of.

After each on I said "Done."

"Done. Done. Done."

She remarked something about me having crazy energy lately and I started to think about all the stuff I had got done, how workouts were seeming a breeze, and how I just didn't seem to need 'down time' as often.

Months before, if I came home from work and sat down it was game over... I needed pressing issues to get me up and getting things done.

Now I've been loving that I can take a 15 minute break from work or errands and easily be able to resume my tasks - no huffing and puffing. The focus is my favorite part 100 percent.

As for the benefits I've heard others report regarding skin complexion and other skin aging related things, I've never been prone to blemishes or other issues so I can't really speak to whether there is an improvement.

Either way, I am really enjoying this pure 'get things done' focus that I haven't felt in a long long time and will continue taking spermidine as long as I feel this great.

It nice having a positive reaction to something I was only taking for longevity and didn't really anticipate day to day benefits, so that's a major bonus.

My wife is younger than I am and always had more energy but I'm thinking if I can get her to stick to 1 capsule a day consistently she would end up being a fan as well.
